Our groundnut oil is made from locally grown groundnut seeds. Highest quality and graded raw groundnut seeds (peanuts) are cold pressed without the addition of any heat-solvents in a traditional stone-wooden chekku/ghani to obtain fresh and aromatic virgin groundnut oil (peanut oil). Once the oil is pressed, it is left to sediment for a couple of days before it is filtered by a cheesecloth and packed in glass bottles.

All our groundnuts come from our in-house farm or partner farms that practice natural agriculture without use of pesticides. We monitor all our partner farms to ensure overall quality and purity of the final product.

2. Seed Selection

Groudnut is threshed manually and harvested to get high quality seeds that are graded based on their ripeness and oil content to ensure they contribute to the rich flavour and nutritional content of the oil.

3. Cleaning and Sorting

After harvesting, the seeds undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove any impurities, dirt, or debris.

4. Cold Pressing Process

The hallmark of Advait Living's groundnut oil lies in the cold pressing method. Seeds are manually pressed in a cold press machine at very low rpm to obtain the oil. No toxic heat or chemical solvents are added and no external heat is applied. No chemical processing of any kind is deployed at any stage. This ensures the natural flavour and nutritional properties of the mustard oil remains intact.

5. Naturally Sedimented

Following the cold pressing, the raw and unrefined groundnut oil is allowed to sediment for a couple of days. This step allows any impurities or particles to settle at the bottom.

6. Cold-filtration

After the sedimentation period, the oil undergoes a careful filtration process using a cheesecloth. This step removes any remaining particles or sediment, leaving behind a clear and pure groudnut oil.

7. Packaging
