Our Raw Honey Is Ethically Processed

1. The first step towards beekeeping is finding good geographic conditions with enough blooming flowers and good weather conditions for the bee hive to thrive.

2. Next, we shortlist partner micro-farmers who look after the bees during the flowering season.

3. Special wooden bee boxes are kept near the flowering blooms and the queen bee, along with male bees, are placed in the hive.

4. Bees grow their own colonies and start collecting nectar from the flowers in the surrounding region.

5. All the nectar is brought back to the hive, where it is converted into raw honey by the bees and stored in the honeycombs.

6. The honey is collected from these honeycombs by gently removing the wooden frames from the bee box without harming the bees.

7. The wooden frame is put in a centrifugal extractor which is manually rotated to separate the honey.

8. No bee-pollen is deliberately collected during the entire process as pollen is crucial for bees..

9. Collected honey is simply filtered using a cheesecloth to remove debris and impurities.

10. Fresh and nutrient-rich honey is finally packed into glass bottles to reach you directly from the hive.
