Refund policy

REPLACEMENT, RETURNS, REFUNDS OR LOSS IN TRANSIT & CANCELLATIONS

Advait Living shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Since we are offering perishable food items and similar, no returns/refunds are possible post purchase. Please place an order, only after you are sure about the product. 

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Advait Living within 48 hours of its receipt. Please send photo proof of damage/defect upon receipt of order. Incase of missing items or wrong order, please inform our team within 48 hours of receipt of order. Incase of loss-in-transit, please inform our team in writing (email to 'advaitliving@gmail.com') within seven working days from date of order placement. 

Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return/refund unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Advait Living holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
