We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders or Rs 2500/- and above for domestic orders only. For orders under Rs 2500/- we offer standard ground shipping at rates prescribed by our shipping partners. This is applicable only for orders shipped within India. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY YET.
Combining Discounts and Free Shipping: From time to time, we offer discounts to our patrons.
However, orders that apply discount codes or avail bulk discounts do not automatically qualify for free shipping. Check our discount policy with our team for more information before you place an order.
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
For Shipping, we have tied up with credible national shipping partners - Delhivery, Shree Maruti Couriers, Professional Couriers, etc. With these collaborations, we are able to ship across most of the pincodes within the country. However, there are times when some pincodes may not be serviceable. In that case, our team will reach the customer to get more clarity and options and will help organize the shipment to the best of its abilities. However, if the pincode is not serviceable at all, then a refund will be initiated within 2-4 working days of placing the order.
Shipping cost is calculated on the basis of the weight or volumetric weight of the total parcel (not individual products). Here is a reference chart for you to estimate the cost of shipping.

However, in cities/regions outside of the above-mentioned locations, we ship the following products in plastic bottles
This is due to the reason that we have encountered several breakages in the above 3 items. To ensure the safety of our products, we are currently shipping these 3 in plastic bottles. We are looking for alternative solutions to plastic. Please bear with us till we find and switch. Thank You so much.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Regretfully, we do not have cash on delivery service. All orders will be despatched only on receipt of full payment.
Advait Living processes and ships all orders within 2 working days of confirmation of payment. Once orders are shipped, please estimate 2-7 working days (please exclude weekends and public holidays) for the shipment to reach you. Advait Living endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Advait Living fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Advait Living may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping costs.
