The Making of Advait Living Orthodox Loose Leaf Rose Tea

Advait Living’s premium rose tea leaves are carefully curated to provide you with a rich tea experience. Sourced from a single organic family-owned farm in Assam, these tea leaves are grown without any fertilizers and preservatives. Meanwhile, the rose petals are sourced from Rajasthan. High-quality leaves and dried rose petals are handpicked and oxidized manually without any heavy processing.

• The process commences with manual picking of the most tender and flavorful high-quality fine young hyson green tea leaves in the months of April to July, whereas the rose petals are curated meticulously in the months of March to May to capture their full essence. 
• The collected leaves are scattered in thin layers on bamboo racks and are dried in natural air under shade for 20 to 24 hours, whereas the rose petals are dried under shade till they perfectly complement the tea leaves. 
• Tea leaves are subjected to rolling by hand to release any natural oils and then the leaves are again dried to drain the moisture completely. 
• Once the leaves are crisp enough for blending and preserving, rose petals are added by expert craftsmen in precise proportions to get the perfect blend of flavours. 
• Finally, the blended leaves are carefully sorted, graded, and packed in eco-friendly, airtight food-grade tin containers.

• Sourced from the sunflower-rich region of Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, our bee colonies thrive in specially designed bee boxes that mimic their natural habitats, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Bees gather nectar from the sunflower field and construct honeycombs within the wooden frames. Later, cool smoke is added to soothe the bees to extract honey without interrupting bees. 
• Through gentle, manual harvesting techniques and a cold extraction process, we preserve the honey's natural enzymes, antioxidants, and vitamins, delivering a taste of pure, unadulterated nature. 
• By avoiding high temperatures and excessive filtering, we maintain the honey's integrity and quality.
• Our sustainable practices extend beyond the hive. We extract only 70% of the honey, leaving sufficient resources for the bees to thrive. Additionally, we refrain from collecting pollen, supporting their overall health and contributing to a balanced ecosystem.
