Advait Living Loose Leaf Black Tea

Advait Living’s premium loose leaf black tea is carefully curated by skilled local farmers and is a tribute to the rich heritage of Assam's tea-growing tradition. Sourced from a single organic family-owned farm in Assam, these tea leaves are free of any fertilizers and preservatives. 

• The process commences with manual picking of high-quality finest 'tippy golden flowery orange pekoe' leaves by skilled craftsmen. 
• The freshly collected tea leaves are scattered uniformly in very thin layers to dehydrate on bamboo racks and are dried in natural air under shade for 20 to 24 hours, ensuring the leaves maintain their delicate structure and start developing rich flavour. 
• The withered leaves undergo controlled oxidation to develop a distinct malty flavour and deep coppery hues. This process will enhance the flavour profile of the tea.
• The tea leaves are expertly rolled by hand to extract their natural oils, followed by a thorough drying process to ensure optimal flavour and texture.
• Once the leaves are dried, it is meticulously sorted and graded ensuring consistency in every batch. Tea leaves are packed in eco-friendly, airtight, food-grade tin containers to keep the leaves fresh and retain their aroma and flavour.

• Harvested from the sunflower-rich region of Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, our bee colonies thrive in specially designed bee boxes that mimic their natural habitats. 
• Bees gather nectar from the sunflower fields and construct honeycombs within the wooden frames. After some time, honey is extracted without interrupting bees by adding smoke.
• We employ gentle, manual harvesting techniques and a cold extraction process to preserve the honey's natural enzymes, antioxidants, and vitamins. By avoiding high temperatures and excessive filtering, we maintain the honey's integrity and quality.
